1. Who we are and what this covers

This policy applies to the Charge Shuffle Color Sort iOS app, its official website, and developer support. “We” means the developer of this app. For privacy matters, contact yinmmiaomiao@163.com.

The app offers color-sorting puzzles and an in-game device collection. Game progress, items, and preferences are saved on your device. Connected app services, advertising, and advertising measurement may process the information described below.

2. Information we process

Local game data
Level progress, your in-game device collection, item counts, tutorial status, and music, sound, and vibration preferences. These maintain your game experience on the device.
App and device identifiers
An installation identifier, an app-assigned user identifier, the vendor identifier (IDFV), and the advertising identifier (IDFA) when access is permitted by iOS. Connected services use these to recognize an installation, operate the service, and measure advertising.
Device and network information
Device model, operating system and app version, display characteristics, language, region, time zone, network type, IP address, and client information. Services may infer an approximate region from IP addresses or regional settings. The game does not require precise GPS location.
Advertising, usage, and diagnostics
App launch and session information; ad loads, impressions, clicks, and performance; installation sources and attribution campaigns; and SDK operation, error, and performance information. This supports advertising, measurement, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Information you send to support
Your email address, message, and any screenshots, device details, or app user identifier you choose to include. Please send only what is needed to help with your request.

The core sorting game does not require your name, contacts, photo library, microphone, or precise location. You decide whether to include an attachment in a support email.

3. How we use information

  • Operate app services, retain local preferences, and provide gameplay and in-game items.
  • Deliver and measure advertising, understand installation sources, and improve stability and the game experience.
  • Answer support and privacy requests, diagnose issues, protect services, and prevent abuse.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and resolve service-related disputes.

We seek necessary consent where applicable law requires it. Depending on your location and the purpose, other grounds may include providing a service you request, legitimate operational and security interests, and legal obligations. Reading this policy is not consent to tracking.

4. Sharing and service providers

We use technical service providers as needed. We require providers processing information on our behalf to provide the same or equivalent protection required by this policy and applicable rules, and to process it only for authorized purposes.

  • App service infrastructure: the PlayCloud integration processes installation and user identifiers, device information, app configuration, and advertising events to operate and maintain app services.
  • AppLovin MAX: delivers and measures advertising. Its services may process device identifiers, network and device information, ad interactions, and approximate region, and share information with advertising partners under its policy. See the AppLovin Privacy Policy.
  • Adjust: provides installation attribution and measurement, which may involve installation or advertising identifiers, device and network information, campaigns, and interaction events. See the Adjust Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare: hosts, delivers, and protects this website. It may process IP addresses, request times, visited pages, browser information, and security logs. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • Email services: support messages are transmitted and stored by email providers so the developer can respond.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, when necessary to protect users and services, or as part of a lawful business transfer. Advertising partners may process information under their own policies; those policies describe their practices and available choices.

5. iOS advertising and your choices

Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) controls permission to track activity across other companies’ apps and websites and access to the advertising identifier. You can allow or decline the system prompt and change your choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining ATT does not prevent local puzzle play.

Declining tracking does not stop all processing: information needed for service operation, security, and permitted non-personalized advertising measurement may still be processed. You can choose not to use optional rewarded-ad features and use the privacy choices offered by the providers linked above. Contact us about other consent, objection, or deletion requests.

6. Retention and deletion

Local progress and preferences remain until the app’s local data is removed. Uninstalling the app may remove that information; copies in system backups depend on your device and backup settings. Removing the app does not automatically request deletion from our backend or third-party providers.

Backend installation identifiers, advertising records, and diagnostics are retained only for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve issues, protect security, or meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept for the time needed to resolve a request and reasonably handle follow-up. Information no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified; records required by law may be retained for the relevant period. Information independently processed by third parties is also subject to their retention policies.

7. Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of advertising-related processing that is legally considered a “sale” or “sharing.” You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Email yinmmiaomiao@163.com with “Charge Shuffle Color Sort privacy request” and tell us what you would like to do. For deletion, you can use the subject “Delete my data.” Include your app user identifier if you already know it. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or advertising identifiers.

We may take proportionate steps to verify that the information relates to you and will handle requests within applicable legal time limits. If a legal requirement prevents deletion of particular records, we will explain why. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing based on consent before it was withdrawn.

8. Children’s privacy

The app is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13, or a higher digital-consent age where required locally. We do not knowingly collect information in violation of applicable children’s privacy requirements. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, contact yinmmiaomiao@163.com so we can investigate and take appropriate deletion or other action. Please also follow the age rating displayed in the App Store.

9. Security and international processing

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and risks to limit unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The developer and service providers may process information outside your country or region. Where legally required, applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards should be used. You can contact us for information about processing relevant to your data.

10. This website

These pages require no account and contain no information-submission forms. The page code adds no advertising pixels, analytics SDKs, or non-essential cookies. Cloudflare may process necessary request information or use security cookies to deliver pages and protect the service. Email links open your email application; a message is submitted only when you choose to send it.

When you follow a link to a third-party policy, that website’s own privacy policy applies.

11. Updates and contact

We will update this policy and its date when app features or information practices change. For material changes that require additional notice or consent, we will provide the appropriate notice or choice. Questions about this policy can be sent to yinmmiaomiao@163.com.
